Does the software work offline?

Yes! Free, Phone, Starter and Ultra work completely offline; internet is only needed for the first activation. Cloud needs a permanent connection to sync stores and trucks.

Can I upgrade later?

Of course! You can upgrade to a higher edition at any time. You only pay the difference.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and protected. Local editions store data on your device only. Cloud uses advanced encryption with automatic backup.

What is the trial period?

The Free edition is free forever with no credit card, and every specialised module can be tried in full for 14 days before you buy. One trial per module.

Does the software support Arabic?

Yes! Available in 3 languages: Arabic, French and English with full RTL support.

How do I get technical support?

Via WhatsApp or email. The first year of support and updates is free in every paid edition, then renewable with a yearly subscription based on the number of devices.
